OASIS+ Phase 2 began January 12, 2026 — turning OASIS+ into a permanent, continuously open competitive vehicle for federal professional services. As of Phase 2, more than 1,300 small businesses hold OASIS+ contracts across the small-business pools, plus several hundred unrestricted contractors. On December 4, 2025 GSA announced the addition of 5 new service domains across all 6 OASIS+ solicitations — bringing total domains to 13. Coverage from GSA and iQuasar.

Structure

  • 5-year base + 5-year option = 10-year ordering window
  • Open to all federal agencies
  • Continuous on-ramps — no need to wait for the next "Phase"

Why it matters now

OASIS+ has emerged as the default professional-services vehicle in 2026. Recent task-order activity includes Planate Management Group winning a CBP support task order in late 2025. Federal agencies are reportedly steering services dollars onto OASIS+ ahead of slower-moving alternatives.

What to do

  • If you're not on OASIS+: prepare a proposal under Phase 2 — continuous on-ramp means no annual "miss the window" risk
  • If you are on OASIS+: monitor the new 5 domains — does your capability match? Add a domain to broaden reach
  • Subs without OASIS+: build relationships with existing primes (1,300+ small biz holders gives you wide options)
