DOJ's Civil Division and HHS launched a six-month Healthcare False Claims Act Self-Disclosure Pilot. Companies that report previously unknown misconduct by April 22, 2027 repay 1.25 to 1.6 times a base repayment and receive a coordinated civil release covering FCA liability and certain HHS administrative authorities.
