The Court of Federal Claims dismissed Rick Aviation's protest of a DLA petroleum-fuel award after a DISA firewall quarantined its emailed proposal over an SPF misconfiguration. An automated delivery reply is not agency receipt, the court held, and the government-control exception did not apply.

DISA posted a sources-sought notice on June 16, 2026, for the Army Endpoint Security Event Management System, a consolidated $850M recompete covering Army enterprise and tactical networks. Incumbent Everforth ECS holds both current contracts, both expiring in 2027.
